Our Story Began in 1990
Luisa’s Brick Oven Pizzeria opened its doors 34 years ago in Charlotte, North Carolina. The goal was simple: serve real Italian food made with care. With a focus on fresh ingredients and time-honored methods, the restaurant quickly became a neighborhood spot for families, friends, and anyone who wanted honest, satisfying food.
